DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE?
Yes, as we are an online retailer you can only order online. It is fast, safe and secure.
Please note once an order is placed, if you wish to make changes, additions or cancellations on your items, please contact our customer care team for further advice.
To avoid disappointment and delays you can only order items that we have in stock. Our site tells you if an item is out of stock in a particular size – unfortunately we cannot guarantee that new stock will become available.
How To Order
Browse the shop by clicking on the product categories in the navigation at the top of the screen. Click on product pictures to see more information and to load a larger picture.
When you find a product you want to buy, click the “Add to cart” button to add it to your cart.
The item will now be shown in your shopping cart on the right of the screen. The total cost of items in the cart will be calculated automatically.
When you have finished shopping, click the ‘Go to Checkout’ link and you will be taken through the simple and secure payment process.
You can place an order online and pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal.
AFTER I HAVE ORDERED
As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will list the products you have bought, your order total and the billing and delivery address.
Please double-check the information and if anything is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.
When your order is shipped, you will receive another e-mail with your tracking code and a link to the website so you can monitor your package.
